Warranty, Exchange & Return

• All furniture sold by Fuga Furniture is under warranty for 2 years.  Warranty period starts by the delivery date of the products and ends at the expiration of 2 years.  

 

• All potential problems during delivery and installation of the products undertaken by Fuga Furniture are under responsibility of Fuga Furniture. 

 

• All usage-related failures are excluded from the warranty coverage.  

 

• For upholstered product ranges, repair and replacement of fabric, due to defects caused by Fuga Furniture must be notified after product delivery within 30 days.  Otherwise, standard service conditions will apply. 

 

• No product return is accepted for the non-standard selections as production is exclusive to the customer (fabric, different leg color, size changes, corner direction).  

 

• For products requiring installation, return process must be completed before installation of the product.  For installed product that are suitable for discount sales, product return will take place by deducting 30% from the original product price.  

 

• In case of production-related problems, products can be returned free of charge within 15 days. 

 

• If it is found out that instructions in the Fuga product user's manual have not been followed, then no return is admitted as product damage is attributed to customer. Product is admitted as Standard Service, and subject to Standard Service process. 

 

• All failures and defects occurred due to the wrong assembly, maintenance, repair made by unauthorized persons are excluded from warranty.
